Trish is a queer, petite, introverted Black woman, and a dedicated sound bath meditation facilitator and restorative yoga guide. Through her weekly classes and workshops, she leads participants into a parasympathetic state, nurturing deep rest, balance, and clarity—empowering them to navigate life’s challenges with greater ease and renewal.
With a background in therapeutic recreation and community care, Trish brings over five years of experience working with older adults in various settings such as active living centers, adult day programs, long-term care, and hospice.
