
Trish is a queer, petite, introverted Black woman. Living with anxiety, mindfulness practices have been a therapeutic tool guiding her on a path to develop self-awareness, which has led her to find love, build resilience and gain confidence in herself.
She is a Sound Bath Facilitator, Restorative Yoga Guide and Recreation Programs Therapist. Trish strives to have a person centered, accessible and trauma informed approach to care, creating spaces to motivate and inspire individuals to move, self-soothe, breathe, reflect, tune inwards and release.
Her intentions during her offerings are for you to drop into your parasympathetic nervous system (rest and digest state) leaving you to feel connected to oneself, rejuvenated and light by the end of your practice.
