Trish Lanns
I'm a Toronto-based Canadian of Caribbean descent , Wellness Facilitator devoted to creating nurturing, restorative spaces where individuals can experience deep relaxation, inner harmony, and mental clarity. Drawing on practices such as sound meditation, EFT tapping, and yoga, I take an intuitive and compassionate approach to supporting others in regulating their nervous systems, releasing stored tension, and deepening their mindfulness practice, while cultivating the inner capacity to move through life with greater ease and presence
My own path toward holistic wellness began in my mid-twenties, when I was navigating social anxiety, generalized anxiety disorder, and depression. These experiences deeply affected my emotional and physical well-being, but through yoga, I discovered a way back to myself. Yoga helped me shift from an overactive mind into a grounded body, creating a sense of calm and helping me find balance within my nervous system. This transformation inspired me to pursue yoga teacher training, which eventually led me to explore sound healing and Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT-Tapping), modalities that further deepened my self-care practice and revealed the power of inner healing.
